Shipping Coverage

We offer both local delivery and nationwide shipping:

• Jackson Catnapper furniture is available for local delivery only.

• All other products are available for nationwide shipping, except Alaska and Hawaii.

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Local Delivery

• Mattress Delivery: $50 within 20 miles of our store.

• Furniture Delivery:

• $149 for doorstep delivery.

• $199 for White Glove Delivery, which includes setup and haul-away of packaging/trash.

Local Delivery Timelines

• In-stock items: Delivered within 1-3 business days.

• Special order items: Delivery is estimated at 4-6 weeks, depending on manufacturer lead times.

• Jackson Catnapper furniture is made to order and takes 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Nationwide Shipping

• Mattresses ship via FedEx.

• Furniture ships via the manufacturer’s carrier of choice.

• Delivery Time: Estimated at 1-3 weeks for most in-stock items.

• Processing Time: We process all orders within 1 business day. Orders shipping directly from the manufacturer may experience additional processing time.

Shipping Costs

✅ All items available for nationwide shipping will ship for free.

Order Pickup

• In-store pickup is available once an item arrives.

• We will call customers when their order is ready, and pickup can be done anytime after notification.

Tracking Your Order

• All tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must report the issue within 24 hours via phone or email.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

• Missed local deliveries will result in a redelivery charge.

• If a carrier cannot complete a nationwide delivery, the customer will receive a full refund.
