Local Delivery

Our store delivery service operates on Saturdays only. We do not offer same-day delivery.

  • Mattress delivery: $100 for the first 30 miles from our store.
  • Furniture delivery: $150 for the first 30 miles from our store.
  • Beyond 30 miles: Additional charges apply. Contact the store for a delivery quote.
  • Included service: All store deliveries include setup and packaging removal.

Nationwide Carrier Shipping

Carrier shipping is free within the contiguous United States and Washington, DC for products eligible for carrier shipment, except Jackson/Catnapper and Ashley Furniture. Infinity and Kyota massage chairs include curbside/driveway delivery, with paid inside-delivery upgrades described below. Only WinkBeds products ship to Alaska or Hawaii, and WinkBeds shipping to those states is free. No other products ship to Alaska or Hawaii. The brand and product restrictions below apply.

  • Nectar and DreamCloud mattresses: We ship these mattresses only to addresses within Virginia.
  • Ashley Furniture: Ashley items eligible for carrier shipping ship only to addresses within Virginia and are excluded from free nationwide carrier shipping.
  • Ashley sofas, tables, and bed frames: We do not ship these items by carrier. They are available only for local delivery or store pickup.
  • Jackson/Catnapper: These orders are excluded from free nationwide carrier shipping. Contact the store to discuss the available delivery or pickup arrangements.
  • Local-delivery-only and pickup-only items are not eligible for carrier shipping.
  • We do not ship to post office boxes.

Free carrier shipping is a separate service from our paid Saturday store delivery service. Setup and packaging removal are included with our store delivery service.

Jackson/Catnapper Orders

Jackson/Catnapper orders take approximately 4-6 weeks to arrive at our store. Once we receive the shipment, your order may be delivered on the first Saturday afterward; contact the store to arrange and confirm your delivery.

Order Pickup

Order pickup is available at Mattress and Furniture Near Me, 5 Dunlop Village, Colonial Heights, Virginia 23834. We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.

Tracking

When tracking is available for your order, tracking information will be provided after the order ships. Some local delivery and pickup orders may not receive a parcel tracking number.

Damaged Products

Missed Deliveries

If you miss a scheduled local delivery appointment, contact us at (804) 571 2008 to reschedule. Additional delivery charges may apply depending on the order and delivery circumstances.

Infinity and Kyota Massage Chairs

Infinity and Kyota massage chairs are online only and are not displayed in our Colonial Heights showroom. Delivery is available in the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, territories, and international destinations are excluded.

  • Standard curbside/driveway delivery: included. This is an outside delivery service; arrange your own help for moving the chair inside and assembling it.
  • Threshold delivery: $250. Delivery to the first dry room. Further placement, assembly, and packaging removal are not included in this service.
  • White glove delivery: $399. Delivery to your room of choice, assembly, and debris removal.

Choose your delivery option at checkout. Standard curbside/driveway delivery is included in the chair price. Threshold and white glove upgrades cost extra. Our standard local furniture delivery rates do not apply to these chairs.

Estimated timing: Estimated delivery is about 2 weeks for standard curbside/driveway service and about 3 weeks for threshold or white glove service. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Confirm current stock and delivery scheduling for your address and selected service before ordering. Orders containing multiple models may arrive in separate shipments with separate tracking.

Confirm stairs, narrow doorways, elevators, difficult access, and any special placement requirements before ordering. Do not assume old-furniture removal or additional services are included. Home delivery is handled by the supplier and is separate from our Saturday store-delivery route. You may also arrange shipment to our Colonial Heights store for pickup. Contact us before ordering to arrange store pickup and confirm arrival timing. We will let you know when your chair is ready for pickup.
