Start with fit before comparing features

Write down the height of each intended user and check the manufacturer’s recommended range. A chair that suits one person may not suit another person in the same household. Seat depth, hip width, shoulder width, and footrest reach also matter. Body scanning is a positioning feature, not a guarantee of fit outside a model’s stated range.

Compare the 12 Infinity models

The table highlights useful differences, not a ranking of massage quality. All 12 models list a 300-pound maximum user weight. Height ranges and dimensions are manufacturer specifications, not a promise of comfort or delivery clearance. Follow the current model manual for installation.

For automatic programs and everyday controls

Start with the Zenara and Solstice Deluxe if your priority is choosing a program and settling into a regular routine. The Zenara uses a four-node traveling mechanism with automatic and manual settings. The Solstice Deluxe is another option to compare for its programs and touchscreen interface.

Watch the control demonstration for each model before deciding. Think about how you would start a session, adjust it, and stop it. A controller you understand easily can matter more in daily use than an additional feature you rarely select.

For more control over the back massage

Compare the Dynasty, Celebrity Elite, Smart Chair X3, Genesis Max, and Palisade 4D Max if adjustable 4D massage is a priority. Check which settings the particular model lets you change, including roller depth, speed, and the area being worked. The 4D label alone does not tell you how a chair will feel.

The Smart Chair X3 deserves a closer look if you are comparing track designs: Infinity describes it as an S-track chair with near-flat reclining. Other models in this group use different track configurations. Match the track and movement to the features you want, rather than treating every 4D chair as equivalent.

If user height is driving the decision, the Genesis Max has the tallest listed upper height limit in this Infinity selection. That makes it a candidate to investigate for a taller person, not an automatic recommendation. Compare its seat dimensions and footrest fit as well.

For coordinated dual massage mechanisms

Luminary, Sovana, Circadian, Sensation, and Ultra Imperial use coordinated dual mechanisms. Compare how each model combines those mechanisms with its track, controls, and reclining movement. For example, the Sovana is described with an L-track, while Luminary, Circadian, Sensation, and Ultra Imperial feature flexible-track designs.

Controls also differ. The Sovana lists a 10-inch touchscreen, while the Sensation lists a 7-inch tablet. Screen size is one practical comparison; the clarity of its menus and access to frequently used settings are worth checking too.

Build a shortlist you can actually compare

1. Eliminate fit problems. Check every intended user, the fully reclined space, and the delivery route.
2. Choose your priorities. Examples include simple controls, adjustable roller settings, foot massage, or a particular reclining design.
3. Compare two or three models. Open their current product pages side by side and watch the manufacturer demonstrations.
4. Compare the delivered total. Add your selected delivery service and applicable tax to the current chair price.

For warranty planning, Infinity’s residential limited coverage is one year of covered labor, three years of covered parts, and five years of structural frame coverage, subject to its terms and exclusions. The five-year frame term is not five years of full parts-and-labor coverage.

Delivery is available in the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, territories, and international destinations are excluded. Standard curbside/driveway delivery is included. Upgrade to $250 threshold delivery to the first dry room or $399 white glove delivery with room-of-choice placement, assembly, and debris removal.
