Infinity vs. Kyota Massage Chairs: How to Choose
Choosing between Infinity and Kyota is easier when you compare chairs at the same budget and check fit before features. Both ranges include automatic-program chairs, adjustable 4D options, and models with coordinated dual mechanisms. The badge alone does not tell you which model will suit your home.

Compare the entry prices without losing the fit question
The Kyota Genki M380 costs less than the Infinity Zenara in our current catalog. That makes Genki a logical place to start if minimizing the chair price is your main objective. It does not establish that it is the better fit for every person or room.
Compare their recommended user ranges, reclined dimensions, lower-leg features, and controls. If either chair does not suit the intended users or available space, its price advantage does not solve that problem.
Compare the $4,999 4D options
The Infinity Dynasty, Kyota Hatsumei M900, and Kyota Yutaka M898 currently share a $4,999 chair price. This is a useful comparison because your budget can stay fixed while you investigate fit and operation.
The Hatsumei and Yutaka differ in published height ranges, overall width, automatic-program counts, and foot-roller arrangements. Compare dual mechanisms by model
The Kyota Nokori M980 Syner-D and Infinity Luminary Syner-D both use coordinated dual mechanisms with flexible track designs. Compare the current prices, controls, listed fit, and warranty terms rather than deciding from the technology name alone.

Read the warranty as separate coverage periods
Infinity’s standard residential coverage on our new-chair listings is one year of covered labor, three years of covered parts, and five years of frame coverage. Kyota’s corresponding periods are one, two, and four years. Review the Infinity warranty and Kyota warranty for exclusions, claim requirements, and costs that may apply outside particular coverage periods.
A warranty is different from a return policy. Our furniture sales are final, so resolve your fit and delivery questions before ordering.
A practical way to choose
- Set a total budget that includes your preferred delivery service and tax.
- Remove models that do not suit the intended users or delivery route.
- Choose two or three priorities, such as controls, adjustable roller settings, foot features, or reclining design.
- Compare two or three models that meet those requirements.
- Ask us to clarify any specification or availability question before checkout.

Delivery and ordering
Standard curbside/driveway delivery is included within the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Threshold delivery to the first dry room is an optional $250 upgrade. White glove delivery is an optional $399 upgrade and includes room-of-choice placement, assembly, and packaging removal. Confirm stairs and special access before ordering. Compare delivery options.
